Problem:

The following error occurs when scanning the customer list:

Could not send messages.

Reason 301 Moved Permanently.

Cause:

This is a known error with version 6.3.19.0 of Mail/SMS Manager, due to changes made in WinSMS's API.

Solution:

Release and install the software fix MailManager-6.3.19.10-Setup.exe
