The Epson M-series report printers which we supply use liquid ink in liquid in tanks on the side of the printer and clients at store level will need to refill the ink tank after the ink has run out.

The client should only ever buy Epson Ink with the code displayed on the ink tank of the printer (example code "776")

Often times, when the ink runs out completely, air gets into the ink tubes and then even after the client has re-filled the ink, ink is not able to pull through. This is not a major problem to solve if you just follow these simple steps:

Step 1:

Go to Control Panel>Devices and Printers and locate the Epson M-series printer. (Eg: Epson M105)

Step 7:

After a few minutes, It will ask if you want to print a "nozzle check". Ask the client if the Nozzle Check Printout looks like the example displayed on the screen. If it does, the problem is solved. You will most likely need to repeat the process 5 or 6 times before the printouts are looking perfect. Do a Nozzle check each time to verify the improvement after each nozzle clean.
