If you come across a blank screen when trying to process an order this simply means that your POS system has not yet been configured to show the menu. Having a blank screen is used in conjunction with menu item codes to ring up sales. This will be seen as follows:


In order for the Menu Buttons to show up you need to go to Settings in Invoicing:

Once there, you need to go to Specific Computer> Invoicing Settings> Form Look and change this to “Touchscreen”:

Once you have done this, you need to click on Apply and then on Close:

When processing an order, you will now be able to see the Menu Buttons as well as the Invoice Controls:

You should be able to now successfully process a sale.
