Clock In / Out

Invoicing can be used to track your employees attendance provided that they use the clock in / out function:

Once you click on the above button, you will be presented with 1 of the following 2 windows:


The employee would need to enter in their password and they will then be clocked in on the system:

Clock In/ Out Maintenance

In order to view the employees clocked in you need to go to Staff> Clock In/ Out Maintenance:

You will then be presented with the following window:

Alternatively, you could go to Staff> View Attendance:

You will then be presented with the following pop-up window:

Employee Time and Attendance Report

There is a report you can also run from within BackOffice to obtain this information for reporting purposes. You would need to go to BackOffice> Reports> Employee> Time and Attendance Report:

Once there, you will need to specify the report parameters before running it:

  • Date From and Date Until - Here you can specify the date range that you would like to run the report for

  • Hide Detail - By selecting this option, you will have less detailed information about staff attendance

  • Employee - Here you can set the report to run for a specific employee or by default, all employees

  • Separate Weekend Hours - Here you can set the report to show the weekend hours and week hours separately

  • Show Employee on Own Page - Here you can set the reports to show each employee’s attendance on it’s own page

Once you run the report, you will be able to view the employee attendance:

With Hide Detail enabled, the report will appear similar to this:
