Thank you for your interest in our Self Service Terminals. 

We've put the application online and you can complete it on your phone or computer without needing to print, scan or fax.

Below we have also created a flow chart with the estimated timelines & sequence of events.

Below are the steps in order to complete the signup process.

Step 1: 

  • Use the following link to sign up for your Self Service Terminals:

Step 2: 

  • The customer completes the application form for SST’s via the link provided.

Step 3: 

  • The accounts team at Cosoft will send the SST installation quotation.

Step 4:

  • The customer signs and accepts the quote and pays the applicable deposit.

Step 5: 

  • Once the deposit is received Cosoft will notify FNB with your details to start the onboarding process for an FNB merchant number

Step 6: 

  • An FNB consultant will contact you to complete the FICA & onboarding process.

Step 7: 

  • Merchant number has been received, Cosoft will now contact you to set and confirm the installation date of the SST.

Step 8: 

  • SSTs will be installed on the arranged date.

Note that we will collect some information on behalf of FNB which we will share with them after you accept the quote from Cosoft and the AOD has been confirmed with the brand.

FNB will then contact you and get you signed up for pin pads to take card payments. 

You will also receive preferable negotiated banking rates.
