When it comes to integration of accounting software we are integrated with Xero, but you will need to use the Xero accounting software for the full automated services to work.
However for other systems, we can export information from Aura into a file. Then you would need to import the file into the accounting system yourself. The file/s has to be custom created to match the GL codes that your accounting system requires. There is a small hourly fee for this once off setup and creation of the file.
Below is the process to be followed if you are using any other accounting software apart from Xero:
Process:
When contacting Cosoft to setup the export we will need the the following:
1. Which if the following files you need exported:
* Purchases
* Attendance
* Sales
If you require any other information please let us know prior to requesting setup and installation.
2. Download the attached template and edit the columns according to the required information on your accounting system:
For example - if the columns on your Accounting system are as follows:
You will need to edit the attached template to have the same information. If there are blank columns please make sure you add the blank columns if you need to re-order the columns please make sure to re-order them.
3. Once you have edited the template according to the information required you will need to send the templates to support@cosoft.co.za along with your store information with the heading being
"YourStoreName - Aura Integration Templates for Accounting Software".

Note: The FTP IP address, username and password will only be required if your preferred location of exports are FTP Server.
Please only attach the templates for the required files.
By following the above instruction it will make the process a lot faster.
If there is any missing information the process will be prolonged.
Once we have all this information we can start creating your unique export tool according to the templates received, once the export tool is ready we will give you a call and connect to your Backoffice Computer to complete the installation and setup.
Costs & Time Frame:
The cost is a once off fee that will be billed to the store depending on the requirements.
Once we receive the email you will be sent a quote at our current labor rate and estimated time needed.
It can roughly take about 2 hours per template and additional time for installation and setup.
You will only be billed for the time spent setting up the templates, installation and setup on your Backoffice Computer.
