What must I do to get Aura Mobile POS into my store?

  1. Purchase or find a suitable mobile phone that meets the necessary requirements for Aura Mobile POS. Cosoft is not in the business of selling mobile phones. You can buy any mobile phone that meets the minimum requirements from any vendor. You can use old phones, your personal cellphone or maybe even the cashier's personal cellphone. We recommend the Oukitel WP5 or Oukitel WP6. These devices have incredibly huge batteries and are tough and water-resistant. There is no app for the iPhone. It's Android only. The app is not very demanding so you can get away with fairly entry-level Android Smart Phones.
  2. Email sales@cosoft.co.za with your intention to sign up for Aura Mobile POS. In the email include the following:
  3. The number of Bluetooth printers (One per Mobile POS)?
  4. If you are going to use 3G instead of Wi-Fi, do you need Cosoft to supply APN? This is optional as you can use your own sim cards with your own data. If you are using Wi-Fi, no sim cards are needed.
  5. Do you need an ethernet kitchen printer?
  6. Do you need Cosoft to supply you with a Wi-Fi extender to improve your signal outside?
  7. Do you want to do a self-installation or have an Aura technician come to your store? If you need to upgrade your kitchen printer from serial to ethernet, then an onsite Aura technician will be compulsory.
  8. You will receive a quote. You will need to accept the quote, sign the paperwork, and pay the deposit.
  9. We will either courier the hardware to you or send it with a technician depending on the option you chose.
