How do I log in to the myAura web platform?
Open Google Chrome and visit www.myaura.cosoft.co.za, you will need to select Sign In;
Use the Gmail/G-Suite details provided when signed up to log in;
How do I open a report on myAura web platform?
Once you have selected Client Zone the menu options at the top will change, and you will not have access to three tabs;
- Dashboard
- Store Analysis
- Item Analysis
And additionally, Google Data Studio if you prefer to view the reports from there.
To view more information on each tab before accessing the tab, use the drop-downs listed on the page, this will also assist with knowing where to go for specific reports as the reports available in each tab will be listed here;
